Neapolitan pizza takes centre stage, with a range that spans the classic Margherita and more original creations. The Boscaiola pairs 4 kinds of semi-dried mushrooms with truffle and butter; the Shonan combines whitebait and white shrimp with bottarga; and the New Orleans brings together Cajun-spiced pulled pork and jalapeño. Each pizza makes thoughtful use of its ingredients. Other choices include Gorgonzola & Honey, topped with Gorgonzola, ricotta and organic honey, as well as fruit-topped pizzas that work equally well with wine or as a dessert-like treat.
